Terms of Service

Business terms governing commercial diamond tooling orders.

1. Commercial Tooling Agreement

By purchasing diamond blades, core drill bits, or custom abrasive tools from Quality Diamond Blades (QDB), you agree to these commercial terms. All sales are business-to-business transactions designed for professional masonry, asphalt, and concrete sawing contractors.

2. Safety & Operator Responsibility

Cutting with high-speed diamond blades and drilling concrete carries inherent hazards. Operators must strictly follow OSHA Silica dust regulations, utilize correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and ensure the blades are mounted on saws that match the required RPM safety limit printed on the blade cores. QDB is not liable for structural damage, property damage, or physical injury resulting from operator error, core over-speeding, or inappropriate tool applications.

3. Pricing & Billing Integrity

While we make every effort to maintain accurate pricing configurations in `prices.json`, we reserve the right to decline or cancel orders resulting from system typographical errors or programmatic glitches in the cart engine database before LTL dispatch.

4. Educational Purpose Only Disclaimer

All safety guides, Table 1 summaries, calculations, and operational recommendations provided on qualitydiamondblades.com are for educational purposes only. They do not constitute formal professional occupational safety consulting or certified OSHA compliance auditing.

5. Buyer & Employer Sole Legal Responsibility

The purchasing entity, employer, or tool operator retains 100% legal responsibility for jobsite safety compliance, air monitoring assessments, implementing a Written Exposure Control Plan (ECP), verifying worker respirator fit testing, and enforcing OSHA 29 CFR 1926.1153 standard compliance.

6. Limitation of Liability for Tool Misuse

QualityDiamondBlades.com, its parent entity, and affiliates disclaim all liability for personal injury, respiratory illness (including Silicosis), property damage, blade disintegration, or regulatory fines resulting from improper tool operation, exceeding marked Max RPM ratings, failure to use required LEV/water suppression systems, or altering diamond blades.

7. Mandatory Pre-Operation Equipment Inspection

Buyers agree that all diamond blades and cutting equipment must undergo visual inspection prior to every shift. Operation of blades exhibiting core cracks, segment loss, or arbor damage is strictly prohibited and immediately voids any product warranties.
