30-Day Return Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our tooling. If you ordered the wrong size, arbor configuration, or bond hardness, you may return any **unopened, unused, and undamaged** diamond blades or bits within **30 days of the delivery date** for a full refund or exchange.

Please note that because of safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on blades or bits that have been mounted on equipment or run in dry or wet environments.

Commercial Warranty & Segment Failure

Our diamond segments are secured to high-tensile steel cores using advanced laser welding technology. In the extremely rare event of a segment separation due to welding defects (and not abuse/under-cutting):

• Immediate Replacement: We will ship a replacement blade at zero cost to you immediately.
• Inspection: We may request photos of the failure point to analyze aggregate wear patterns and ensure your replacement blade has the correct metal bond formula for your target material.
