We understand that project downtime is expensive. All stock item orders received before **2:00 PM PST (Monday through Friday)** are dispatched the same day from our logistics hub in Santa Clarita, California.

Shipping Methods & Regional Transit

We employ commercial freight carriers (LTL) and standard parcel carriers to guarantee secure, damage-free transport of industrial cutting equipment:

• SoCal Regional: 1 Business Day transit (Southern California municipalities).
• Standard Ground: 2-5 Business Days depending on destination distance from California.
• Expedited Freight: Next-Day Air and 2-Day Air shipping options are selectable during the headless checkout flow.

Tracking & Order Transparency

Upon carrier handover, you will automatically receive an automated shipping notification via email containing tracking credentials. You can inspect tracking statuses directly through the Snipcart checkout gateway.
