  1. 30-Day Return Window: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original, unused condition. Please note that the 30-day period begins from the date the product is delivered to you.

Condition of Return: The returned item must be in new and unused condition, in the original packaging with all the documentation, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit. “New and unused” means that there are no signs of wear on the product and the product must not have been altered in any way.
  3. Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. This includes instances where the wrong item was ordered, if you changed your mind, or even if you bought the item as a gift for someone else. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  4. Return Procedure: To initiate a return, please reach out to our Customer Service team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
  5. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the receipt of your returned item.
